Authenticated disclosure of restricted database data
Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Oracle MySQL Server 9.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read restricted database data. Oracle identifies the affected locus as Server: Security: Privileges but has not disclosed which privilege check mishandles which untrusted input. A low-privileged account with network access through the MySQL Protocol is required, and the reported consequence is limited to reading a subset of server-accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
