Incorrect authorization in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify procurement data. Oracle has not published the affected function, request parameter, or authorization check that incorrectly handles HTTP input. Low-privileged application access is required; exploitation permits limited reads and updates, inserts, or deletions but does not interrupt service.
