Denial of service in Oracle WebLogic Server 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to hang or repeatedly crash the server via HTTP/2. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Core component and has not disclosed the incorrect operation performed during HTTP/2 request handling. Network access to an HTTP/2 listener is sufficient, without authentication or user interaction, and the documented consequence is limited to service availability.
