Authenticated data tampering via undisclosed authorization flaw
Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated Jan 22, 2025
Authorization flaw in Oracle Workflow 12.2.3 through 12.2.14 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify workflow data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the locus as Admin Screens and Grants UI but has not disclosed the incorrect authorization operation on requests. Low-privileged E-Business Suite access is required; successful exploitation exposes a data subset and permits some updates, inserts, or deletions.
