Out-of-bounds read in the Panel Processor in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 and 8.61 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted data. Oracle has not published the affected function, request field, or operation that causes the Panel Processor to read beyond a valid buffer. A low-privileged account and network access over HTTP are required, and the reported consequence is limited to a subset of application-accessible data.
