Application crash via out-of-bounds UTF-32 conversion read

Heap-based buffer overflow in Assimp 5.4.3 allows attackers to crash a consuming application by supplying a malformed model file. ConvertToUTF8 accepts a UTF-32 byte count that is not divisible by four, then gives utf32to8 a range extending beyond the vector. The consuming application must import the crafted model; the demonstrated consequence is an out-of-bounds read and process crash.
