Denial of service in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools before 9.2.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to hang or crash it via HTTP. Oracle identifies Web Runtime SEC as the affected component but does not disclose the request path, input, or resource operation that exhausts an allocation. Low-privileged credentials and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful requests can hang the service or cause repeatable crashes.
