Service interruption via malformed CCCH length

Improper input validation in Qualcomm Snapdragon modems allows remote attackers to interrupt service by sending malformed CCCH data. While processing a network-originated CCCH message, the modem accepts an invalid length instead of rejecting it and enters a transient denial-of-service state. The attack requires cellular-network access to deliver the malformed control-channel data; the documented impact is temporary loss of availability, not data access or modification.
