Memory corruption via NULL image-encoding configuration

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon camera drivers allows local users to compromise data and device availability through an IOCTL. The image-encoding path processes an IOCTL with a NULL configuration instead of rejecting the invalid parameter, resulting in memory corruption. Low local privileges are required, no user interaction is needed, and the corruption can expose or alter data or interrupt the device.
