Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon Camera_Linux allows local users to alter kernel memory via crafted IOCTL blob submissions. The Camera_Linux IOCTL path has a time-of-check/time-of-use race while submitting blob data to kernel space, allowing validated state to change before use. Low-privileged local access is required; exploitation compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction.
