Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service via an invalid LTE RAR PDU length. The modem processes the malformed random-access response instead of rejecting its invalid length, reaches an assertion, and causes a transient denial of service. The attacker must reach the device over an LTE network; the published impact is limited to temporary availability loss, not data access or modification.
