Local memory corruption via board-data IOCTL copy

Out-of-bounds write in Qualcomm Snapdragon Windows WLAN hosts allows local users to corrupt memory through a board-data IOCTL. The WLAN driver copies board data into the caller-provided output buffer without adequately constraining the copy to that buffer's bounds. A low-privileged local user must invoke the affected IOCTL; the documented consequence is memory corruption, while reliable code execution or a crash is undisclosed.
