CVE-2025-21423

Memory corruption via unvalidated EnableTestMode array index

Published Apr 7, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon display firmware allows local users to corrupt memory through an EnableTestMode Escape call. The display component uses a client-controlled array index during EnableTestMode handling without adequate bounds validation. Low-privileged local access is required, and Qualcomm has not disclosed whether successful corruption causes a crash, code execution, or another effect.
