Denial of service in IBM Jazz Reporting Service 7.0.3 and 7.1 allows remote authenticated users to degrade server performance. The Lifecycle Query Engine SPARQL endpoints execute complicated queries against an insufficient resource pool, allowing those queries to monopolize resources. Reachability requires lower-privileged authentication and adjacent network access; IBM reports degraded performance, not a crash, reboot, or data impact.
