Deadlock in Microsoft Windows Security Account Manager allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the service through a network request. Microsoft identifies CWE-833 but has not published the request path, locking sequence, or code path that enters the deadlock. Low-privileged authentication and network reachability are required; successful exploitation disrupts availability without disclosed data access or modification.
