Stored XSS via unescaped ticket notes

Stored XSS in OpenXE 1.0 through 1.12 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a higher-privileged user’s browser. The ticket creation flow stores the Notizen field without neutralizing embedded HTML event handlers, and the ticket overview later renders that content as executable markup. A low-privileged account with ticket-creation access must submit a crafted note and wait for a higher-privileged user to open the overview, exposing browser-accessible session data and actions.
