Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Windows Server RRAS allows remote attackers to execute code after user interaction. The affected RRAS code writes beyond a heap allocation while processing attacker-controlled network data; Microsoft has not disclosed the function, input format, or missing bounds check. Exploitation requires a user on the server to initiate a connection to a malicious endpoint, after which code executes in the RRAS service context.
