Arbitrary code execution via crafted-file underflow
Published Jan 14, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Integer underflow in Adobe Illustrator on iPad 3.0.7 and earlier allows attackers to execute code through a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected file parser or the arithmetic operation that underflows while processing attacker-controlled file data. A victim must open the file, and successful exploitation runs code in the current user's context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
