Path traversal in Keysight Ixia Vision Network Packet Broker 6.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary files. Keysight has not published the affected request handler or how it fails to confine attacker-controlled paths to an allowed directory. Administrative privileges and network access to the device are required, and successful exploitation exposes files readable by the vulnerable service without altering or interrupting the appliance.
