Configuration reset via incorrect Framework permission

Incorrect default permission in Samsung Galaxy Watch Framework before SMR Jul-2025 Release 1 allows local users to reset device configuration. Samsung states only that the affected Framework code carries an incorrect default permission and that the patch removes unused code; no function or permission name is public. Exploitation requires local access to an Android Watch 14 device, and the documented consequence is limited to resetting some watch configuration.
