System-file disclosure via missing sepunion access control

Improper privilege handling in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 13 through 15 allows local users to read system-privileged files. The sepunion service fails to enforce sufficient access control before serving file-access requests from a calling process. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction; Samsung characterizes the attacker as locally privileged, and the reported impact is limited to file disclosure.
