Authenticated command execution via reboot-schedule parameters
Published Mar 7, 2025 · Updated Mar 7, 2025
OS command injection in TOTOLINK EX1800T 9.1.0cu.2112_B20220316 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The setRebootScheCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi fails to neutralize crafted mode, week, minute, and recHour values before OS command execution. Low privileges are required, and injected commands can read or modify device data or interrupt service within the handler's authority.
