Memory disclosure via malformed RLE BMP parsing

Out-of-bounds read in Samsung Notes before 4.4.26.71 allows local users to read process memory through a crafted RLE BMP image. The BMP RLE parser fails to validate encoded image data before reading its backing buffer, allowing malformed input to drive a read beyond allocated bounds. Reachability requires low-privileged local access, and the published impact is limited to disclosure of memory visible to the app.
