Local memory disclosure via unvalidated drawing-content binary

Out-of-bounds read in Samsung Notes before 4.4.26.71 allows local users to read process memory through crafted drawing content. The drawing-content binary loader applies untrusted binary data without proper input validation, allowing a read beyond its intended memory buffer. A local low-privileged account is required; the documented consequence is memory disclosure, with no integrity or availability impact.
