Kernel memory disclosure via crafted ipset commands

Out-of-bounds read in ChromeOS netfilter/ipset on affected kernels allows local users to disclose kernel memory through crafted commands. The ip_set_bitmap_ip.c path reads beyond the intended bitmap bounds while processing crafted ipset commands. The path is reachable only where Termina is enabled and the caller holds CAP_NET_ADMIN; the documented current impact is information disclosure.
