Heap overflow in MediaTek NB SDK 3.6 and earlier allows local users to escalate privileges through the Bluetooth driver. An incorrect bounds check permits an out-of-bounds write in the driver's heap memory. Local user execution privileges are required, no user interaction is needed, and MediaTek has not disclosed the malformed input or affected function.
