Internal service enumeration via blind SSRF
Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Dec 3, 2025
Blind SSRF in Splunk Web in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform before fixed releases allows remote authenticated users to map services. The add-search-peer workflow accepts a supplied peer address and issues server-side connection attempts whose results reveal reachable internal hosts and ports. Exploitation requires the high-privilege change_authentication capability on a search head in a distributed environment, and the reported consequence is network-service enumeration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=10.0 <10.0.1
- Affected versionversion=9.2 <9.2.10
- Affected versionversion=9.3 <9.3.8
- Affected versionversion=9.4 <9.4.6
