Unauthorized SPL actions via nested command bypass

Incorrect authorization in Splunk MCP Server App before 0.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute disallowed SPL commands. The run_splunk_query tool's allowlist validation fails to inspect SPL commands embedded as subsearches, so nested commands evade its restrictions. Access to the MCP tool is required, and the commands run with permissions beyond the restrictions intended for that tool.
