Admin-authenticated file execution via unchecked upload

Arbitrary file upload in Cisco Unified Contact Center Express allows remote authenticated users to execute files through its web UI. Specific UI features accept crafted uploads without sufficient validation and leave attacker-controlled files executable on the underlying operating system. Valid administrative credentials are required, and the flaw affects vulnerable releases regardless of device configuration.
