Stored XSS via insufficient Sensor Explorer validation
Published Oct 1, 2025 · Updated Oct 1, 2025
Stored XSS in Cisco Cyber Vision Center 5.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an interface user's browser. The Sensor Explorer page insufficiently validates injected input and later renders it as active script in the affected web interface. Administrative credentials with Sensors-page access and a user who opens the affected content are required; script can act in that interface context or read browser-held information.
