Device reload via crafted HTTP input

Buffer overflow in the web UI of Cisco SIP Software allows remote attackers to force affected IP phones to reload via crafted HTTP input. The HTTP packet-processing path writes beyond a stack-based buffer when it handles the crafted request, causing the device to restart. Exposure requires registration to Cisco Unified Communications Manager and enabled Web Access, which is disabled by default; the bounded result is a service interruption during the reload.
