CVE-2025-20331Network attack vector

Stored XSS via insufficient page-input validation

Published Aug 6, 2025 · Updated Aug 7, 2025

Stored XSS in Cisco ISE and ISE-PIC allows remote authenticated users to execute script code in another interface user's browser. The web management interface stores user-supplied code injected into specific pages without sufficient validation, then runs it when a user opens an affected page. Exploitation requires at least a low-privileged device account and user interaction; execution exposes sensitive browser-based information in the affected interface context.
