Configuration overwrite via underauthorized sourcetype REST endpoint

Improper access control in Splunk Enterprise and Cloud Platform allows remote authenticated users to overwrite system source types. The management-port REST handler for /servicesNS/nobody/search/admin/sourcetypes/ accepts crafted payloads without enforcing admin or power authorization. Any authenticated user below those roles can create or replace system source-type configuration, affecting its confidentiality and integrity.
