CVE-2025-20305Network attack vector

Password disclosure via underprotected management files

Published Nov 5, 2025 · Updated Nov 5, 2025

Information disclosure in affected Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.1 through 3.4 releases allows remote authenticated users to view protected passwords. The web interface exposes results derived from files whose data protection does not withhold password fields from read-only administrators. Read-only Administrator privileges and network access to the management interface are required; disclosure is limited to passwords normally hidden from that role.
