Reflected XSS in Splunk Web in affected Splunk Enterprise and Cloud Platform releases allows remote authenticated users to execute browser JavaScript. The pdfgen/render REST endpoint accepts a crafted PDF-generation payload and reflects it into browser-rendered content without neutralizing executable script. Any low-privileged account without admin or power role access can trigger the flaw; the published impact is unauthorized JavaScript execution in a user's browser.
