Unauthenticated root code execution via unrestricted file upload

Arbitrary file upload in an internal API of Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.4 allows remote attackers to execute code as root. The API accepts a crafted upload without file-validation checks, permitting attacker-controlled files to be placed in privileged directories and executed. No credentials or special configuration are required, and successful exploitation grants complete root control of the appliance.
