Authenticated PIM6 process crash via ephemeral query

Improper PIM6 query processing in Cisco NX-OS Software allows remote authenticated users to crash and restart the PIM6 process. The PIM6 feature improperly processes a crafted ephemeral data query delivered through NX-API REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, gRPC, or Model Driven Telemetry. Exposure requires standalone Nexus 3000 or 9000 mode with PIM6 and at least one disabled-by-default management feature enabled; exploitation can flap adjacencies and interrupt PIM6 and ephemeral-query processing.
