Unauthorized data access via incorrect NACM filtering

Authorization bypass in Cisco IOS XE Software allows remote authenticated users to read restricted configuration and operational data. The NACM receives changed results from an inner API call and filters them incorrectly when NETCONF, RESTCONF, or gNMI queries target policy-denied paths. Exploitation requires credentials for a valid user below privilege level 15 and an NACM policy restricting that user's read access; the result is disclosure of data outside that policy.
