Improper authorization in the Cisco Meeting Management REST API before 3.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator control. A specific REST API endpoint accepts low-privileged requests without enforcing the authorization required for administrator-level operations. A valid low-privileged account is required; successful exploitation grants control over edge nodes managed by the deployment.
