ACL bypass via repeated object-group entries

Improper access control in Cisco IOS XR Software allows remote attackers to bypass a hybrid IPv4 ACL with crafted transit traffic. Hybrid ACL processing mishandles compress level 3 rules when 32 or more source or destination object groups repeat the same IPv4 entry. Only listed NCS and white-box platforms with that configuration are affected; successful transit traffic reaches assets the ACL was meant to protect.
