Arbitrary file upload in Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.3 Patch 2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write files through the GUI. The GUI file copy function fails to validate a crafted upload before copying it to the appliance. Administrative privileges are required; the documented impact is arbitrary file placement, with no reported execution or service interruption.
