Service restart via suggestion-feature SSRF

SSRF in FileMegane above 3.0.0.0 and before 3.4.0.0 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary requests to backend Web APIs. The search keyword suggestion feature forwards attacker-controlled requests to backend Web API endpoints without enforcing an intended destination boundary. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and reachable backend operations can restart FileMegane services, causing a service interruption.
