Remote command execution via unsanitized upload path
Published Mar 4, 2025 · Updated Mar 4, 2025
Command injection in Hzmanyun Education and Training System 2.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via /scorm. The scorm handler places the unvalidated param value in an upload path that saveScormZipFile concatenates into an unzip command passed to Runtime.exec. Low-privileged remote access and a crafted multipart upload are required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the server process privileges.
