Authenticated script execution via unencoded Availibility value
Published Mar 4, 2025 · Updated Mar 4, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Code Projects Blood Bank System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser. The /Blood/A+.php page reads the Availibility value from a database row and echoes it into the response without filtering or output encoding. A valid session is required to plant the value, and exploitation then depends on another user loading the affected page; script executes with that viewer's web-session privileges.
