Response smuggling via persistent chunked parser flag

HTTP response smuggling in ithewei libhv 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to desynchronize downstream HTTP message parsing. In http_parser_execute(), a second Transfer-Encoding header fails to clear F_CHUNKED, so an earlier chunked token incorrectly remains authoritative when it is no longer the final encoding. Unauthenticated network access to an application using the affected HTTP parser and an HTTP intermediary or client with different boundary handling enables injected responses, cache poisoning, or cross-user data exposure.
