OS command injection in TOTOLINK X18 9.1.0cu.2024_B20220329 allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands through its web interface. In setMtknatCfg, sub_410C80 passes the mtkhnatEnable request value to dosystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The published request includes a session token, and the CVSS assessments require low privileges; successful exploitation runs commands with the web service's permissions.
