Authenticated service interruption via unbounded query memory

Resource exhaustion in IBM Jazz Reporting Service through 7.0.3iFix020 and 7.1iFix006 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The LQE SPARQL endpoint processes a specially crafted SQL query without limiting or throttling its excessive memory consumption. Access requires a lower-privileged authenticated account on the host network; exhaustion degrades or denies reporting availability.
