Memory consumption via unchecked IAMF parameter count

Memory leak in FFmpeg's IAMF file parser allows remote attackers to consume process memory through a crafted IAMF file. The audio_element_obu function reads num_parameters from the bitstream but did not reject values above two for channel representations before continuing parameter parsing. Processing attacker-controlled IAMF input is the gate, and the reported consequence is limited to process-memory consumption and availability degradation.
