Account takeover via predictable password-reset codes

Weak PRNG use in Dify 0.10.1 allows remote authenticated users with workflow-tool access to take over arbitrary accounts. AccountService.send_reset_password_email builds each six-digit reset code with Python random.randint, whose predictable state can be recovered from workflow-generated outputs. Access to workflow tools is required to sample the shared PRNG; predicted codes can reset any user's password, including an administrator's.
