Local application crash via unchecked null pointer

Null-pointer dereference in Rizin 0.7.0 through 0.7.4 allows local users to crash rz-bin with a crafted file and the -P option. The PDB cleanup path calls msf_stream_directory_free after malformed input leaves a stream-directory pointer null, then dereferences it while freeing parser state. The attacker needs local access to supply the file and invoke rz-bin; the demonstrated consequence is an application crash, not proven code execution.
